Empower the leaders our world needs today.
Here at the Santa Clara University School of Education & Counseling Psychology, we are preparing educators, mental health professionals, and social impact leaders who are committed to transforming schools, communities, and society through work rooted in social justice. This Day of Giving, we are focused on ensuring that finances are never a barrier for students called to serve.
Your support of the Dean’s Leadership Fund and targeted initiatives will directly advance scholarship aid for students with the greatest need, including:
- Counseling Psychology students completing their practicum year—where a $25,000 gift provides a full tuition scholarship during this critical licensure phase.
- The Nancy Ottoboni Scholarship for future Catholic educators, where every dollar is matched up to $20,000.
- Students joining our new Social Impact Leadership MA, where $7,500 unlocks a high-level scholarship to recruit and support top students committed to service-driven work.
Your generosity also fuels global learning opportunities, faculty-research student research collaborations, and thought leadership initiatives. Here’s how your gift can drive direct impact:
- A $2,500 gift can cover housing, food, and programming for a three-week study abroad experience
- $10,000 can fund a student research assistant for a full academic year
- $35,000 can unlock a free full day of cutting-edge learning and professional development for the community.
Our ECP community is driven by an unwavering commitment to justice, compassion, and meaningful change. Supporting this work is a vote of confidence in leaders who are challenging inequities, strengthening communities, and shaping a more hopeful future for all. Thank you for your support!
