Santa Clara University Real Estate Association
The Santa Clara University Real Estate Association was established in 2016 and serves as the premier Real Estate organization for SCU undergraduates. With over 300 active members, the association connects undergraduate students to all facets of the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Members of the association gain an incredible amount of exposure to the field through panel discussions, property tours, networking events, our annual real estate symposium, and more. Our goal is to facilitate learning for students interested in a career in Real Estate and help them succeed in the dynamic industry.
Members gain meaningful exposure through networking opportunities, technical workshops, property tours, and our annual Real Estate Symposium. Each of these experiences grants students access to industry professionals and real-world insight into a dynamic and competitive industry. Our goal is not only to introduce students to commercial real estate but to provide a launch pad for them to excel within the industry.
Technical Requirements for Membership
To ensure our members have the tools to advance their professional development, we require a Wall Street Prep certificate of completion for membership. This industry-recognized certification equips students with Excel and financial modeling skills that are essential for internships and careers in commercial real estate. By setting this standard, we create a culture of professionalism, commitment, and continuous growth.
The Impact of Your Support
Donations allow us to reimburse students who receive their Wall Street Prep Certificate of Completion, ensuring that financial constraints do not create limitations for those seeking membership.
- Your support allows our organization to: Bring in accomplished guest speakers and alumni to connect with members and share industry insights.
- Expand the reach and quality of our annual Real Estate Symposium.
- Plan property tours for members to visit active commercial real estate developments, providing firsthand exposure to the industry beyond the classroom.
