Santa Clara Volleyball continues to build on a proud tradition while developing student-athletes who compete with excellence on the court and represent the University with distinction in the classroom and throughout the Bronco community.

The Broncos are coming off one of their strongest seasons in the past decade. Santa Clara finished the 2025 season with a 17–12 overall record and a fourth-place finish in the West Coast Conference, highlighted by 12 conference victories—tied for the second-most WCC wins in program history. The team also produced a seven-match winning streak, its longest since 2016, and saw six Broncos earn All-West Coast Conference honors, the most during head coach Erin Lindsey’s tenure.

The program’s continued progress has been reinforced by strong leadership and coaching stability. Following the successful season, Head Coach Erin Lindsey signed a five-year contract extension that will keep her leading the Broncos through the 2030 season. The coaching staff has also received national recognition, as Assistant Coach Gretchen Reinert was named to the American Volleyball Coaches Association Thirty Under 30 College Awards list, recognizing the nation’s most promising young collegiate coaches.

Santa Clara Volleyball also continues to excel academically. A program-record 10 student-athletes earned West Coast Conference All-Academic honors in 2025, including four Broncos named to the 16-member WCC All-Academic Team. The Broncos have now had at least seven academic honorees for four consecutive seasons, reflecting the program’s commitment to success both on the court and in the classroom.
