Men’s Golf
Santa Clara Men’s Golf continues to establish itself as one of the rising programs in collegiate golf while developing student-athletes who compete at the highest level and represent the University with excellence both on and off the course.
The Broncos are coming off a historic 2025 season that included a third consecutive NCAA postseason appearance and a program-best national ranking of No. 45. Santa Clara also posted the lowest team scoring average in program history, continuing a steady rise within collegiate golf. Building on that momentum, the Broncos recorded two top-three finishes during the fall season and are positioned to continue their strong play during the spring campaign.
Santa Clara has also developed a reputation for preparing golfers to compete on the national stage. The program has had at least one player compete in the U.S. Amateur in seven of the last eight years, reflecting the high level of individual development within the program. Former Bronco standout Matt McCarty '20 has continued that tradition of excellence, advancing to the PGA Tour and helping elevate the national profile of Santa Clara Men’s Golf.
